Inca Pan is a Taiwanese illustrator who grew up as Pan Yun-chia in Manzhou Township, Pingtung. He fell in love with illustrations when he found a BOLOGNA ANNUAL in the library when he was still in junior high school. He began his career as an illustrator after he was selected for the Bologna Book Fair Illustrator’s Exhibition.
